I didn't have the issues others had with delivery or setting up the sim. I value MA for their awesome customer service and ability to really help a customer. Something that mightymobile (vodaphone / one) is missing. The live chat experience with MM is in every way a poorer experience than the live chat with MA. When it works (note – when) there is no indication of where in the queue you are. The consultants don't appear to be in NZ (which isn't as much of an issue). They copy-paste generic messages and the ‘survey’ to ‘help them improve’ has a 185-character limit which is just over a single line of a Word document (shows how much they actually care about improving).
Mightyape management – if you read this. Don't use the live chat service that mightymobile use – it's worse in every way.
