I love Jellycats and went in store to go purchase from a shop near me however the quality of the plushies they had left wasn’t great hence my decision to order online here as I thought I’d be getting brand new out of the bag quality…right? Or so I thought…despite the package arriving promptly when I opened the box my jelly cat was squished into a tiny zip lock bag and upon further investigation found that it had a loose ish limb some bald spots and little bits of stuffing peeling out. It’s not hugely noticeable but for the price I’d expect a brand new one with no faults. Now I’m stuck with a jellycat that looks worse than the ones in store… sucks.
